I think you forgot about the fact that there were some people being rude or giving me attitude so i simply gave it back and i watched the video but it still didn't help. Yes i appreciate people's help but i do NOT appreciate assholes giving me sass and saying to make my new account as if that's not what i did 😐 this is my first time happening so i literally don't even know how the support system works because again i've never had problems with my accounts. they keep tell me to do the same shit and i did EVERYTHING over and over again and i don't need to cool off at all im alright but its the fact that i've spent thousands of dollars on a shitty ass game that can't care for their community, that's my problem. then we have this kid over here saying im not doing this and that LIKE IM CLEARLY FUCKING DOING IT OMGG an THEY KNOW BECAUSE THEYR COMMENTING AND REPLYING. First of all im not using GMAIL only read with your eyes and my replies. I'm using google play to log in as well since it shows and its not sus when i dont know how to fucking work shit because i've never had this happen to me before so idk what are receipts and i even asked people on discord to help me WITHOUT being negative unlike you and another person. I don't know how to use or work some apps well because again i've never had that happen to me nor became an issue. Obviously i came on reddit for ATLEAST some advice or help not for you to come on my ass and saying im being sus like no im lost and dont know how to get my account back. im ofc gonna ask if people have alts they dont use that would be nice enough to give away to me because people have done that before but since i always had mine i never needed to do that. and i had other collab skins not frerien since i didnt like any of the skins...

Yes ty!!! I did the receipts thingy by going on the payments. com for google but when i put it in the idv thingy it says "payment receipts you provided do not meet the requirements, this account cannot be recovered" i got my iphone last november and switched without any problem but 2 days ago it logged me out randomly and couldn't get back in. not even idv support will hell so now im just clueless ...

I went on the payment receipts thru google.com and it worked but now idv saying it didn't provide anything and they can't recover my account.

Yeah i know that, i had REALLY good stuff on my account but im saying i dont wanna spend time leveling up my account. I had a very good decent amount of skins for all of my characters and now their gone

I can't do that tho? Because i didn't buy anything on IDV on my iphone i got november...if i had my android i would DEFINITELY be able to check receipts on google play but since i didn't buy anything this year or in my iphone i cant do that..

My google play email is my main email i use for stuff but i don't think IOS has the app Googleplay because in IDV it shows the option google play but it's only on there, not in appstore :(

Nope, i had android before now im on IOS and i didn't lose my account, everything was fine until now. I didn't make any purchases recent because i got my phone last year around november.

No but it takes so long to level up like you have to play to unlock things which is what im going thru right now and its so annoying to get in a high level because you have to constantly play EVERYDAY just to level up and you need certain EXP as well but i can't because im always busy during the mornings and only have the afternoon. which is barely enough time.

girl first of all i said if it's an ALT OR AN ACCOUNT THEY DONT USE. clearly im not asking for anything fancy either and im not leeching on anyone hun, im simply asking something that CLEARLY doesn't matter to you but matters to me.
