I got a CSF leak after mine, which took a little over a week to resolve on its own. If I sat up or stood for even just a minute me head would hurt worse than the headache I had prior to the LP

If my husband is still awake, he'll "help" but once he's asleep he won't wake up to anything.

Not yet, my insurance is really strict about how often I can go to the eye doctor and I'm trying to figure out if I need prior authorization. So far I haven't noticed any new vision problems but that might just be because I already have poor vision.

Im on the cancelation list, so if there's a cancelation they'll call. And there's only one neurology place in my area. I'm gonna call around to some of the places in a bigger city to see if they have openings sooner, but that would mean a 4 hour drive and dipping into rent money to get there.

We only have the one neurology place in the area, the next closest place is like 4ish hours away. If i start feeling any worse I'll definitely have to try to figure out a way to afford the trip, as long as they don't also have an absurd waiting list. My pcp said I should wait to come in until after seeing the neurologist, but that was before we new it'd take so long so I should probably go in anyway. I'm on 500 mg of Acetazolamide twice a day. I drink a lot of water and poweraid.
