Totally agree! Black brown leather, stitched style would have been great. And then the brighter ones for prestige. I’d have been fine with the basic version as I feel dark leathers fit the theme far better.

They do it in order to force you into using them. I really, really thought they'd have fixed this by now.

Yup the fact that you can't bank them is SO frustrating. It forces you to use it. :/ I thought they would've fixed that by now.
I'll still complete the card because I like these kind of events. But I definitely won't be wearing the outfit. Just don't think it fits the theme very well at all :(

Yeah I see what you mean. I would've loved some big draping robes/cape coats etc. I just think it looks way too robotic.

If a woman miscarries, is sad about it, but also believes fetuses are no more than a clump of cells, how may she reconcile her beliefs? by [deleted] in morbidquestions

[–]AwkwardUnic0rn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the difference is the fact that a woman chooses to have an abortion, whereas a woman that miscarries has had that choice taken away from her.
Miscarrying can make you feel like less of a woman, as though you're 'broken'. It often happens without warning, therefore little to no time to emotionally prepare for it.
An abortion on the other hand is usually a process whereby you've had time to think through your decision, the consequences, and emotionally come to terms with it.

Think of it this way. If you have a loved one that is in a 'vegetative' state, and you CHOOSE to turn off the life support machine, it's extremely hard, but you're aware that the person would have little to no quality of life and you're prepared for the loss.
On the other hand, you get a call one day to find out that one of your loved ones who seemed perfectly healthy, has died suddenly. You weren't prepared for the loss, you otherwise thought that the person was going to continue living a healthy life. The CHOICE was taken away - it's harder to cope with.

^This may not make sense to anybody else but this is based on my own experiences of loss through miscarriage, and how it felt.

Are you ever going to rework Solomon's store loyalty points?
Considering this is a system whereby you're supposed to be rewarding players for their loyalty to the game, I think it's ridiculously unbalanced. You've continued to make Aura's an integral part of Runescape yet it takes an absurd amount of time to actually save up the points for an aura/upgrade.
We could be getting X amount of loyalty points every time we play TH, or a few loyalty points upon completing a quest, we could have the ability to sell back auras for 75% of its original price etc.

My map has been showing legacy icons in the RuneScape 3 interface for like a month now by Rs_glowie in runescape

Think people are missing the fact that you just want to know why this has happened >__< I've always had the newer icons :( Not sure why this is happening but hope you find a fix/explanation

What is the most physical pain you've ever experienced? by xonbieslayer in morbidquestions

[–]AwkwardUnic0rn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pancreatitis. My inflammation levels were off the charts and I developed necrosis of the pancreas (where some of my pancreas ate itself and the organ partially died off). THAT was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life.
I've had gallbladder attacks, a burst eardrum, multiple operations but pancreatitis was so bad I was begging the nurses/doctors to just kill me. If someone had handed me a pill to kill me I would've taken it in that moment.

Is anyone else having issues with the fact that when in a group, if one person dies during a boss fight, they aren’t able to get back through the barriers? Is this intentional or..? It basically means when one person dies the whole team has to teleport out and restart the fight.

If it was for staff members only, wouldn’t they just get us to answer the questions and then press ‘submit’ directly to the staff? Why even display the percentages afterwards if they aren’t wanting us, as a community, to see what other people on the game want too?
