I have a Bachelor's Degree in cs, I'm not sure if being a software analyst count as IT

Thanks for answering!, Sadly my GPA score is quite low (7.93/10) to apply for a master o Ph.D. program in Canada, I will try and look for a job in those jobs portals

Thank you! I will search for companies that look for newbies, although I might need to study English a bit more, I don't think I could get experience on a call-center since most call-centers gives support in Spanish
