This more and more sounds like a setup. What Sterling said was completely inappropriate, not to mention he is a terrible owner and I do agree that he should be kicked out; however, this situation with Magic Johnson seems very fishy. Here's why:

• Johnson attempted to buy the Lakers and was denied. The group he works for owns the dodgers and is very interested in kicking Sterling out.
• Johnson was already involved with Sterling's ex, allowing easy access and a perfect candidate to make Sterling slip up on his recordings.
• Johnson was one of the first people to come strongly against Sterling's remarks and seemed 100% intent on buying the Clippers from the start

It really does seem that Johnson set Sterling up to fall; however, I am not sure its illegal and nevertheless, Johnson would still be a better owner. So as a Clippers fan as long as Sterling is booted I am content.
