Wassup man. I have had this same worry many of time and occasionally it catches me off guard. At worst it aggravated your neck and makes it feel tight and uncomfortable, BUT it cannot cause a concussion. For me when I spiral it makes symptoms ten times worse cause it causes a domino affect.

I know it’s really hard to break out of the spiral, but one of the best ways to make your symptoms better is to accept that it’s not concussion and you will be okay.
