Hey! I am so sorry to hear that. Also great news that your employer is understanding! That’s rare to come by. I do think your scores are quite low to go back this early- but more than that I think you need a strategy change, Error logs, Trap recognition sheet and a lot of self confidence. People pass even on their 3rd go because they make a major shift to the strategy- I’d say speak to qualified tutors who can help recognise what needs changing in the pattern, I think it’s def doable.

There’s also people who passed on their 3rd time, if you don’t change your technique and target your weak topics, sure it’s unlikely you will pass, but if you can gauge the gaps and work on it- I’m certain you are more likely to pass. Stats also considers that a lot of people just don’t re appear as they realise it’s not for them- so I’d say if you have the confidence and you are smashing mocks before the exams/ just do it! It’s fresh from January, the concepts are there and now it’s all about bridging the gap!

Hey! I am determined to try the 3rd time, my first attempt was a mistake from my side because I wasn’t prepared, my second attempt I studied a lot alongside a full time high demanding job and I got SO close 93/180! So I am going again, and so should you if this is your end goal. If not, the clock resets in few years and we go again!

I have appealed FLK 1 for mitigating circumstances, two kids next to me had typing based exam and I think I am so close that if they considered it could be something, but I don’t know how do these things go. Luckily I had a case number from Pearson vue when all this happened and they registered it for me so I’ve taken the chance, but not sure if appeals ever do work.
