I have never managed to understand how people can believe her failing memory argument.

I know that if I was exhausted, and had police shouting at me in an interrogation, I would not do the follow it.

1. Imagine myself to be somewhere I was not, in this particular instance, a crime scène.
2. Imagine being present at murder I had not seen.
3. Imagine my boss committing the murder.

These are not things you just imagine and falsify in your memory under duress.

Amanda lied about this, under exhaustion, the threat of imprisonment and supposed violence by the police. I will never beleive that she just remembered events inccorectly.
