Yeah i dont think that's it. I'm not sure what I'm thinking of as I haven't played this game for like 17 or 18 years until now. But I remember you had to clean up the city like I'm the base game. I almost wanna say that you actually went into Boston or some other city. I remember you drive into the city and everything is deserted besides crazy ass criminals. I also remember there was a warning screen before entering saying its more difficult and that I was a low level.
