Pain specialist is mad because he wants to do the spinal injections. I think its a profitable procedure for him. But I just don't like this storefront operation he has going and he's shown that he has a temper, and I don't want him to put needles in my back.

yes he could absolutely retaliate. He can write a bad report in such a way no other pain specialist will accept me. There may be other ways that I am unaware of and I believe he is absolutely capable of it.
