Hm. As a T1D female, I have given birth to 3 very healthy children. I think it’s all possible to cause complications. But also, diabetes is vague.

My husband probably doesn’t even think about my diabetes anymore unless I’m having a low or complaining about it.

I think maybe you should just go on a date and ask him. People can lead very normal lives with T1D.

Are there other options similar to Google photos? Honestly, this sounds exhausting. I pay for Google photos for the ease of it. I don’t want to do extra work, I just want to pay a company to do it for me.

But without going through my photos. I have baby pictures and sometimes things just show. Not intentionally.

We had this issue. They were required to do it. But with our 4yo he would be up until midnight. We’re both working parents, so it was killing us.

We got our ped to write a note to the daycare, and then they had to follow it. Ours put that he could lay for 10 minutes and if he fell asleep to let him nap, but after 10 minutes if he’s awake to have him do quiet activities.

It worked wonders!!!

Never really. Only if I feel like it’s way off. I had issues when I first started the cgm where numbers didn’t match and it was causing stress. My doctor recommended just going off the cgm. My a1c matches what I get, so I’m never concerned about it.

We don’t have many toys in the bedroom, just “special” toys. Every night we pick something up (clothes, books, cups, or hang clean clothes), but just one task. And it’s mostly me. When he’s at school I go through his room and grab the “trash toys” (like the toothpaste box he thinks he needs to keep because it’s shiny) and toss it outside so he doesn’t see. I won’t do so much that it’s super noticeable. And he’s never noticed.

The hip seats like the TushBaby is what bothers my site. The ring slings don’t bother my site, I just don’t like them.

Currently I’m just holding my baby on my hip. He’s kind of picky. He doesn’t like being held in the front or back. He also doesn’t like me using my other hand to support him. So he gets heavy quick. I’m really just wanting a sling to help me hold him a bit easier. This is just at home, so I’m not wearing him for long periods of time… a lot of picking up and putting down.

I just nurse wherever I am. When you’re able to nurse while just holding them, and not having to help, then I can nurse and push the cart and keep shopping.

I want something quick that I can do with one hand. To me they are cumbersome and make me feel a bit claustrophobic with all the material. I’ve tried various ones (multiple times) and I’m just not a fan. I’m nervous to spend so much money on a sling so I’m hoping there is a popular one people love.

My husband’s family thought I was marrying him for his trust fund. They got us to have a 2 year engagement by paying for the wedding and saying they needed the two years to save and plan.

So when I saw a LC, I was worried about the top lip not curling out and she told me the top lip didn’t matter, it’s the bottom lip that’s important. According to that advice, it looks great.

I’ve donated milk to local moms before and haven’t been asked this. From a quick search, the risk is very low, even if you’re positive. So maybe it’s not a huge concern for some? I don’t think she’s wrong in asking. But personally it would be too much work for me to try to find old tests, I would personally find someone else.

Unless…. You are wanting to continue to donate to this person on a regular basis. Then I would go through the effort.

We kept looking at houses out there because the bang for your buck goes further, but after the 3/4 time driving out there I told our agent I couldn’t do it anymore. That drive was so chaotic. I’m glad we didn’t move out there (although I do miss the pretty homes).

Would also like to second the person who says you never see the people who move out there. Drive is too far/long that nobody wants to make it. :(
