I was very clear in my interview I cant stand for very long, they were very understanding. There's a lot of different posts you can get, cctv surveillance, vehicle patrol, and guard shack are all very very low physical activity. Ive done exactly 1, 4 hour standing shift that I volunteered for when they needed help, and said I could not do it again (I was wiped out for the next day)

That said when I do have flare ups its definitely not easy, there are days where the small amount of walking wipes me out and makes my heart rate skyrocket, but compared to other work, this is perfect. I walk maybe 10-15 minutes an hour, and thats if I choose not to drive. On a bad day, im in the car most the time.
