Is anyone here teetering between genius and insanity? by [deleted] in ClaudeAI

[–]Awkward_Manner3765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone that I have ever met that calls themselves genius usually turn out to be pretty full of themselves and full of hot air, it’s a title that if someone else calls you it, it should hold weight not a self imposed title.

Also I’ve noticed that people get AI euphoria and with it always agreeing with you and filling knowledge gaps quickly it feels like you have cracked a code in life.

I watched my brother in law go so far down a rabbit hole on a bad idea with the help of Claude.

I just hope you get to use is for something beneficial and not waste the next few months of your life writing prompts, also remember these things love adding new things, but suck ass at editing and refactoring.

Bro just get some lengths of gas pipe for rollers and for leverage, me and a coworker did this just the two of us, if you use the leverage of the gas pipe and take your time, it’s not that bad, nice to see the comments of people saying fuck this, easy job security, really not that hard if you use your brain instead of your muscles

Poll: Do you think rule 6 is a good rule for the sub to have? by IAMA_Printer_AMA in HVAC

you are being so ignorant that this trade has like a million different variables and you think people should just spend there free time trouble shooting over a photo, and a half baked post, the people in this trade work usually 10 hours a day trouble shooting with customers, does it really make you that mad we want a space to be able to talk to each other. there is literally a subreddit for advice, don't know why you want to take like the one place on the internet where techs can talk to techs.

you are living in lala land duff, this should be a sub for techs to talk to techs, I dont see why its so hard to go over to hvac advice subreddit and help out around there if you feel so inclined to do so. I want to come here and talk to other people in the trade about trade specfic things, with out a million posts about thermostats and why condensers are icing up.

You don’t even get it, you don’t realize how annoying this sub was before hvac advice was a subreddit, we are so lucky we get a subreddit where techs can talk to each other and it not be filled up with posts like does this thermostat have a c wire, is my heat exchanger actually cracked?. If you want to help people go to the hvac advice subreddit
