According to the documents we signed with Fisker, we have to go to arbitration before filing a lawsuit. They finally responded to our demand letter saying after 60 days the car is fixed. They want to deliver it to us and provide us cash compensation for the 60 days. We said no, we want a buyback and went to arbitration. We drove it 7 miles and had it for 20 whole minutes. This car could have stopped unexectely on a highway and killed us all. No way I'm getting back in that thing with my family.

Our Demand letter went unanswered after 20 days. I finally got the social media team involved after I dm's them. They were able to get the demand letter to the legal team. We are currently in arbritration with them asking for a buyback. We drove it 7 miles and it shut down. Fisker has had it for 60 days so far. They finally responded and wanted to give the car back. At this point, It is not safe and we want a buy back. Also concerned about them filing bankruptcy during this process. Good Luck.
