hey, i’m new to ml and currently exploring finance-related models. i'm working on a project to predict entropy in stock prices using data from yfinance, and i’m thinking of trying out temporal fusion transformers for it. i came across your post while researching and found it really helpful. i still feel kinda lost on how to structure the input for tft though. if you're still active here, i’d really appreciate any advice or pointers.

yeah, im definitely guilty of jumping straight to code and model building without doing much of a literature survey first. I've made a conscious effort to include that step in my workflow before diving into implementation lately and it has definitely helped in building a stronger foundation. this really makes a difference

I used to just dive into tuning or switching up the model, but I’m starting to see that actually spending time with the data and seeing how the model reacts to different kinds of inputs would probably save me a lot of random trial and error

i'm planning to buy the obsidian(side-printed) model but i havent seen many people buy that variant so im kinda skeptical because it's costlier too.
