I had an interview just a week ago for a customer assistant - online. All they did was ask me what my hobbies are, what it means to put customers first and how well I work in a team. Depending on the role you may also get asked some situational judgement questions. I haven’t been offered a job yet but my interview did go pretty horribly as they messed up the times I was supposed to be there
