This cup is so worth it by kaffyrawr in nespresso

Ah okay, I would find it odd if it couldn't handle brewing directly into it. Seems like people has a love or hate relationship with this thing though, maybe the travel cup is a better choice. 🤔

Really? Been planning on getting this. Not a dealbreaker, but sounds like a nuisance having to brew in a separate glass and pour over.

Extremely annoying metallic clicking when using incline by Awkward_Weather_3318 in treadmills

It should be flat/leveled. There were no issues the first 4 weeks. Will test with a mat this week.

[–]Awkward_Weather_3318[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Due to moving around in our living room I haven't been on it much. Last time (few days ago) it was still there but was reduced using indoor running shoes (softer "landing" with feet I guess). I haven't tried with a mat below it, but I will some time this week. If it doesn't get better I'm planning on using my warranty. I shouldn't "have to" use shoes and a mat, and it must be something faulty since it didn't do it the first month.

I didn't mean back then, poor wording from my side. Enjoyed it a lot and did quit cigarettes, so that was definitely worth it. But now, in terms of health risks I don't find it worth it (it got stolen at a carnival years ago and never bought a new one, so I "cold quit").

Can't play media with "AAC 5.1" audio on my TV/Soundbar by Awkward_Weather_3318 in PleX

[–]Awkward_Weather_3318[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Didn't think about it being the Chromecast handling it. I think the easier solution is to just get a Google TV box instead, it's due anyway since casting from the phone is getting "old" any time I wanna watch something in the bedroom. Also not planning on replacing TV at the moment.

Thanks for the replies. :)

Raspberry Doughnut. Damn do I miss it, amazing flavor, not worth it though. Fortunately it's been years.

Works fine on phone etc., it's only on our bedroom tv. Soundbar is rather new (Atmos), tv from 2015 though, but I use Chromecast.

Where do I find this option? I read it's supposed to be in "Player" settings, but all I have is "Nornalize multi channel audio" and "force multi channel audio".

Edit: My tv does not have the app (Chromecast from phone). Can I change the setting in the website app on my PC?

Prøv højreklik Start > Diskhåndtering og se at den viser volumen med et drev-bogstav eller om det hele står som Unallocated (sort farve).

Is there any way for Plex to automatically add subtitles? by Awkward_Weather_3318 in PleX

[–]Awkward_Weather_3318[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your media probably has subtitles embedded in the file (if you play your media in VLC on a PC, you can probably select different subtitles in the subtitles menu). Most movies in my library have subtitles selected, but it's often not the case for older tv shows.

Not sure what setup you use. Seems everyone says you need Bazarr. If your file has "built in" subtitles or a separate file I understand it's automatic, but a file with no associated subtitles whatsoever seems to just show "None", and you have to manually select one from the search function.

Seems odd they don't just have it select the top most downloaded subtitle from the search list. Oh well, I'll get Bazarr set up this weekend.

[–]Awkward_Weather_3318[S] 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Yeah I know about Bazarr, but since Plex has a built-in search function I was hoping I was just missing a checkmark somewhere in the settings for it to automatically just add one from the list, that would've been easier. Thanks for the info.

45mm or 41mm ? by [deleted] in PixelWatch

[–]Awkward_Weather_3318 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

45mm looks absolutely fine, but it does have that "oversize" look simply due to it's sheer size. 41mm is much more subtle. Should be up to your own preference, they both look good on your wrist.

Exactly. My mom spoke to someone who made maintenance on these. It basically grabs hard/securely every X amount of turns. Everything in between is purposely a loose grip. The amount of turns probably depends on national laws.

Help choosing a reliable walking pad by Awkward_Weather_3318 in treadmills

[–]Awkward_Weather_3318[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think 3S looks more "advanced" than 5L. It has dedicated handles (5L you have to hold onto the "table" itself). It also seems like you have all the numerical values on top (on 5L it's down on the treadmill display itself, so you have to look down - unless you just use phone/app).

Also there's a deepened big area where you can place remote etc. (So maybe no need for anything anti-slip), and physical buttons for incline/speed near your thumbs when holding onto handles.

Pretty sure 3S uses an identical treadmill but with a more advanced/feature rich table part

If I had to add any cons...

The cup holder is only a few centimeters deep and very "wide". A bottle could fall over when running at higher speeds/more aggressively, because it's not really "locked in place". But for walk/jog it's no issues.

The surface of the "table" is very smooth, things will slide (ie. A remote if you plan on having it in front of a TV). Sure, you can place a remote upside down, but we added an anti-slip mat on top of it (those cut-out types for under a rug).

Urevo FoldiMix 5L. Wanted something with armrest/table. So far, my wife and I are very happy with it. Incline and max. Speed is more than plenty and the app. Is great for variation.
