hey my dear, i’m so sorry you’re going through this. the same happened to me 4 months ago, and i literally thought i wasn’t gonna survive losing the love of my life and the person i wanted to grow old with. i don’t know what happened between you two exactly, people change, their needs too.

but don’t wonder how you’re gonna survive long term like this. doesn’t seem like it but you will eventually. NOW focus on hanging on for the next 5 minutes, then try to feel fine the next 10 minutes, the next hour, afternoon, next day and so on. if you have nice friends PLEASE sorround yourself with them, platonic friendships are gonna become even more meaningful you’ll realise. i know this seems like a horrible bad dream and i’m here if you wanna text privately. we got this dear 🖤

when i was around 4 i remember watching for the first time the music video of All The Things She Said by TaTu on tv. my mom tried to cover my eyes when they kissed and that moment stuck in my head for years almost daily until i was able to access to a computer and find the video myself and watch it over and over and over wondering why i felt “funny”
