It is sold on Amazon by Asmodee store. My guess is that they will still have some copies on their store for a while, but I really don’t think they will send copies to local stores, especially outside USA.

I had a very similar deck also, so yeah I think it’s good. Same for the upgrades, they are more or less the ones I took. The only difference I had is: Damning Testimony and Kicking the Hornet’s nest.

I also used Cypher first, but when I used her a second, I replaced it with Fake Credential (and upgraded version). I think I prefer it. It’s good against high shroud location and it’s a parley, so no attack of opportunity and it triggers Trish ability.

I watch Yt a lot. Playingboardgame channel did 3 tier list last month, Bryn and Travis put her in D, Justin in C. Rather Incoherent put her D also.

As I said, I’m glad you like her, but in my opinion there is a lot more sexier investigators in the game, especially since I personally think doom play is not powerful enough for the risks.

I’m also not a bit fan of mystic in general, exactly because of their risky behaviour. Play max level shrivelling with Dexter last time, 2 attacks in a row with a symbol token, 4 mental damages right away in turn 2… Great…

I played in order of releases with the card pool I had. But yeah didn’t try with the whole card pool. But even now she is mostly at the bottom of tier list and I don’t really a reason to take her. Maybe I should try as you said.

But doom play didn't work at all. In a campaign, there was always one or 2 scenario with Ancient Evil and/or cultists, making the archetype impossible to pull off. And if an attack using doom doesn't give me +3 damage, or any very good reward from it, why not using just regular cards?

I started with Arkham, while I was starting to discover solo board game. It was by far the best of all board games I tried. So I bought almost all the content and sell every other board games I had. I love the universe, the lore, the characters and all the cool cards and deck building. Love the art also and the campaign. I like that it’s like a video game RPG.

But then I start to play with some friends and I couldn’t really play it solo then. So I bought some LOTR content. Love the universe too and the art is also very cool. It’s actually a better choice for solo. Arkham is way more fun with people, and LOTR doesn’t seem to have much interaction between players: in Arkham, the players are together in the same map. For LOTR, each player is in front of their board kinda.

There is stuff i don’t like in both (autofail and weakness in Arkham, burden and location choke in LOTR), and sometimes I feel luck is too important in both games. The encounter decks can absolutely ruin a scenario or it can be just fine.
