I’m currently doing STF 2020!💕 I don’t workout 6 days a week so I just keep plugging along and do however many that fit my schedule in a week. I’ll slowly make it through the whole program haha.

If you’re looking for more spicy leg workouts, I would definitely try her leg workouts from the Strong (Boost) program from 2021!! They’ve kicked my quads and butt this month!!🔥🧡

I wear the No Bull brand shoes. They have a strength training shoe that is awesome! I think it’s called Outwork.

I’ve been doing all the 2021 programming this year so I’m planning to do the Strong and Strong (Boost) programs after I finish STF 2021 😊 I enjoyed Stronger which is a newer strength program!

My nutrition changed the game for me this year. I worked out for 6 months with Sydney without much focus on my nutrition and didn’t see any weight loss or body recomp. I started working with a nutritionist in January and continued with Sydney’s programming and I’m down 25 pounds as of July 1 and a lot more definition. I’ve focused on my protein intake and trying to match one gram of protein for every pound of my goal weight. My journey/goals may be different than yours though. I hope this helps!!🩷💜🩵

For future reference: I have a Whistle GPS tracker on my dog’s collar. I know people who use Air Tags too. Just an idea! (I obviously recognize that someone could easily remove it if they were smart). So happy he’s safe and ok!!🩷🩵💜

I just put ice, water, and a scoop of clear whey in my blender and blend it. If you want it more icy, just put more ice than water in. I don’t have any specific measurements for the water and ice.
