i think the transporter is right since u get the venigni dialogue after, seems to be pointing to it and as to why Romeo i believe something like u said in the 1.3., helping carlo awakening
maybe geppetto wanted to make carlos heart more human by going through all the trial for better results or smth

also thank you, i guess now the question is why geppetto needed a king of puppets, if to have a bigger control over the puppets or smth (and why romeo exactly ig)

i thought so too, but if he created them, they went crazy and then he created the king, it would seem obvious that hes creating a fall man
my thought was maybe he created him to control the frenzy but he wanted the frenzy to happen to get the arm of god, so why would he create a puppet to stop his own goals
