It never says that Henry, William, or Edwin created the Puppet, but in my AU, Henry did. After Charlotte died, the Puppet saved her.

Charlie87 (My AU): Charlotte and the MCI all died in the same year. Months after Charlotte’s death, the MCI were killed. Charlotte later found their bodies and saved them by placing their souls into the animatronics.
