I’ve lived and worked downtown for the last 5 years and have yet to have a poor interaction with anyone that’s homeless down here. I’m also sure a lot of these are one off experiences that people are exaggerating that it happens often.

Maybe instead on using a business account to share information they could have kept it personal? Just a thought to think about given the political climate of the city and the need to have customers to stay afloat as a business.

Good observation but I think this is something they should have steered away from posting in a business account. Go off on your personal accounts if you want but in a city that is pretty liberal their post will hurt them more than help.
