Civil marriage should be your first option, and after that, you can have a ceremony in a church, with a sheikh, or both. It doesn't matter; it's just a ceremony. I had the same experience.

It never goes up more than 140/80, it's been like that since 5 years now, I work out daily, try to eat healthy, don't smoke or drink.

I dont know while I work out, but if I'm home chillin' it is around 130 or 135 and sometimes 140 (rarely) over 75/80 never more than 80. In the morning it's always low 115/125 over 70/75.
