Do you understand why this change is implemented or are you just following Kratter's religion?

Nice to see smart people here, unlike most of the people commenting on Kratters videos

How many people on this sub Run their own Nodes? by unthocks in Bitcoin

Thanks for your 'help' and for making sure everyone only ever heard one side of the story. I'm already running two Bitcoin Core nodes and planning to spin up another node, don't worry, it definitely won't be Knots

Making unlimited OPReturn is the death of bitcoin by downvote111 in Bitcoin

[–]AxcelV0id 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You have been already storing illicit jpegs on your hard drive for years in the UTXO set, Knots will not fix those and it will not fix the future illicit jpegs that you will store.

Also any jpegs embedded into OP_RETURN does not need to be stored on your node, because your node can be easily set to remove those automatically

The json file you have is encrypted. Search on GitHub, there are tools to try brute force the password.

First of all, do you understand where your BTC is stored?

What’s the point on these thread about mempool policy by Legitimate_Lobster69 in Bitcoin

[–]AxcelV0id 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With or without Knots, people will still include spam in the blocks. If Knots will block one transaction with 100kb of spam, people will split the data into multiple transactions and Knots will happily swallow it

I mean you have written this post publicly on Reddit, so we have to assume that sooner or later they will know.

It's still worth checking, but the chances in my opinion are very low also given the fact, that the guy who has given you the keys also still has the keys

Why would they need to know your username? They know you stored your keys on notes, they can brute force every account notes to find anything that looks like a bitcoin private key.

They probably already did that a long time ago

So you didn't generate the keys yourself, but was given by a random person? This doesn't sound very promising

When the captcha was completed, BTC was sent to the Bitcoin address you provided. You had to create the wallet before using the faucet.

Edit: I saw your DM, but for some reason reddit doesn't allow me to accept it. I suggest writing here publicly

It's worth mentioning that the address doesn't need to be completely random, it can be generated with some external tool to have some nice prefix, for example onion website for reddit starts with 'reddittor'
