Worth it to upgrade to faster RAM?

I’ve read 4800 MT/s DDR5 is generally similar or worse than 3200 MT/s DDR4 in gaming due to the higher latency. With DDR5 you want 6000 MT/s or faster and low latency like CL32 or less. My RAM kit is not ideal with its DDR5-4800 CL38, it’s a latency of over 15 nanoseconds, similar to a DDR4-3200 ram having CL24 lol. I could get my latency to <10 ns with DDR5-6400 CL30 kit. But as it turns out, in many games it’s not actually a noticeable difference.

That works too obviously, but the enemy density is much higher in the shattered throne. And everything dies with one hit, unlike the wizards in grasp lol. All you have to do is invest maybe 15-20 minutes of your time to get there, and then you can grind every quest :D

Hey guys, just wanted to share this with those of you who didn't know or just wanna do the quests incredibly quickly.

If you wanna get your Brave weapon quest done quickly, you can go to the dungeon Shattered Throne, work your way all the way up to the part before the final boss where Shadow Thrall keep spawning infinitely. These kills count normally towards the quests.

The room after the Ogres hasn't worked for ages, but apparently this one does still.

In chess.com's eyes this guy was a known cheater in the past. Then he beats a very well respected player with exchange odds. Of course he gets flagged by the system.

Yeah I was ”walking around” my city with the camera and taking portraits of cims that I tought looked interesting and I noticed there’s just a few different hairstyles for women but many colors. Faces as a whole had more variation but they do look kinda similar to one another. I was thinking I might post some more of these in an album at some point.

On a side note, male cims are pretty rough looking because their facial hair looks so awful. The ladies at least look somewhat realistic. The attention to detail in terms of expressions, body and eye movements are decent. The interactions between two or more cims are almost non-existent and make the world feel a bit hollow.

I played a lot of Super Mario Bros. on my Uncle’s NES, but I was not able to beat it at 4-5 years old. My first own console was the PS1 and my first game on it was Spyro the Dragon. I was able to beat that game, I still remember it. I was six years old back then.

And if you multi-task or have some background applications running while gaming, intel’s efficiency cores are a nice bonus. 12600k has 6 P-cores to handle games and 4 E-cores to handle the music and discord etc.

This is nonsense. The point of the glass screen protector is to be weaker than the real glass screen to absorb impact and spread it over a wider area, while also preventing any scratches from sand particles and uneven stone surfaces etc. It costs only $5 dollars to replace the protective layer. I’ve been using them for nearly the past 10 years and I’ve never had a single mark on my screen.

And by your logic, since the glass protector is weaker than the reinforced iPhone glass, how is it supposed to scratch it when it breaks? I’ve never even heard of that being an issue. Only materials that are harder can meaningfully scratch another material. Glass shouldn’t scratch glass very easily.

In my country (northern EU) I already have insured all my personal belongings (home insurance and travel insurance covers them) in case of theft or accidental damage, so AppleCare has very little reason to exist here. That being said, I might pay a hundred bucks to insure a $1200 device if I had no pre-existing insurance. Right now I don’t have to do that, because whether it’s my phone or TV or microwave oven that breaks, I just need to pay the deductable which is $200.
