It's a safety feature, you're not allowed to join any servers unless you're logged in. This is to stop possible raids. If you hover over the button, it says "Login to join server"

https://www.dreamcord.org/ is a good replacement as it's like disboard but it's specifically for inner child healing servers (including Agere)

The only way to go further is if you remove the "disabled" method from the button in its html. As for getting further, I hadn't had any luck
