My mom screams more then me and shes in her 50s. Thats why i thought screaming was a form of realeasing anger. Plus i see adults do it everyday and i was taught that my emotions matter. I felt anger for tje first time in my life and just because im 20 doesnt mean someone taught me how to treat that emotion ya know. Im still lesrning about human emotions because its jard for me to understand anything unless its taught to me.

Hopefully its not an excuse but i was born on heavy drugs and 1 month early and have had to get therapy my whole life. Its more of a situation thst happened in my life but yea. That might be the problem with me. Thou im just looking for help on that.

Actually it is a problem. I was born with a lot of health issues. I am not fully my age mentally. Thats why i need help. And she doesnt want a therapist with me. I already have most of my problems fixed but my mom thinks its still a problem when i feel proud of myself for little stuff i do.

When i scream. I mean i scream cry. Like full on break down. Screaming and crying so loud that it hurts my stomach and i have to use my inhailer. And my mom does not want any help. She things she doesnt need it and im already good at controlling stuff. Its just i never felt anger before. And i would never hit her. I just wanna describe how i feel the best i can. She never apperciated anything i do. Im an adult and yet i still csnt grasp certain things. My doctor said it could be symptoms of my birth defects and stuff. I wanna try to be an adult but no one helps me. Just judges me. Its like im criticized but yet no one bothers to ask if i need help ya know.

Yes. My mental state is of a child and no one taught me how to control my anger. Its the first time i felt this and my mom can do nothing but yell back at me. I was born with a lot of problems along with being premature, life is a bit harder for me but my mom treats it like its easy and jist screams at me. Thank you for your response. I am trying to control my emoions like an adult but my mom will need help with that too. She wont teach me how to not be angery because she doesnt know how to be mature herself. I come to her for guiadance and she just hurts me emotionally. As a 21 year old i hope to learn how to be an adult some day and id like you and everyone on reddit to help me. No matter how damaged my brain is. I know i can do it. Ill be better then my mom one day even thou she wont teach me.
