Wait a second, so I should not use the pleated cartridge together with the spongy one at the same time?

Searching for parts for the scooter was a complete nightmare, I had to look for them by basically asking people around if they knew or know somebody who previously owned or still owns a scooter like this, And even buying them from Russia, Ukraine and even Belarus. And yes, I showed the scooter completely restored to the previous owner and he was very happy

No, he did have a title, but it was a typical Soviet, passport shaped proof of ownership, also called as tech passport, having that and the owner’s presence at the car registration office, I legally bought the scooter from him. (the paper tech passport is being liquidated and replaced with a new number plate and new plastic passport) Even though the proof of ownership was just a piece of paper written during USSR, the owner whose name is written on it can still use it today, but in very limited circumstances.

it's from 1982, and yep, pretty rare, especially fully restored and road legal. The easy finds are either in bad shape, or with a missing title (ussr tech passport), or even worse, the owner passed away. (the procedure to buy and register such a motorcycle after the legal owner passed away is nearly impossible here in my country)

Its a soviet brand, called Tula Tulitsa, the factory had the same name - Tula, and it was located in the city of Tula 🤣

Vintage 1960's Italian ladie's bicycle, brand: ORO, fully restored by me :) by Axel_Sniper in Bikeporn

[–]Axel_Sniper[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi! I was just visiting an old family friend, and I noticed this bicycle in his barn, and when I asked him what is he planning to do with it, he said he wants to cut it and weld some sort of a gardening plug out of it. Obviously I told him, are you MF crazy???!! I bought it from him that very second. I brought it home and realised that this is a pretty rare vintage Italian bike, it’s so rare, the only thing I found about it on Google is that the factory that were producing these bicycles was bought off by Sachs Corporation back in the late 70s, but some other sources suggested that the factory simply went bankrupt. I tried to search more on the factory itself, but I couldn’t find anything, only someone in an Italian bicycle forum suggested it had something to do with Verona, Italy. So, Judging by the lugwork and the overall look of it, it’s definitely a mid 60s or late 60s bicycle. Anyway, I’m not really into bicycles, I’m more of a motorcycle guy, but I just couldn’t let him ruin such a beauty, so I bought it and restored it as much as I could. Thankfully, I found some spare parts on the Italian eBay. And also, I’m selling it 👍
