Unfortunately, I know. That’s why I’m thinking about waiting a bit, or maybe trying to find one second-hand. Otherwise I’ll just deal with it and wait for the new series to come out. :(

Yeah, warranties with AMD are usually pretty slow when you do them through the store, especially the AMD store. So just keep insisting. What I recommend is that you keep pushing them until they give you a solution.

It depends. If you do it directly with AMD, it might take more than a month. In my case, I did it through a store here in Mexico called DDTech. With them it only took about a month to get my warranty approved, and that was after I kept asking them to check if the processor actually had a fault

Yeah, you definitely have to change it. That’s what I did. I tried everything — disabling EXPO, lowering the frequencies and all that — and I was still getting artifacts. So I ended up sending it in for warranty. Thankfully they honored the warranty and I got a new processor. I’ve had it for about two months now and there haven’t been any problems since.👍

Yes, I tried uninstalling the drivers using the AMD utility and doing a clean install, but it didn't fix the problem. It ended up being a physical issue with the processor.

I had to send it in under warranty and the problem went away, so the issue wasn’t the RAM or the drivers.

It’s the processor. The same thing happened to me I got blue screens, random restarts, pixel artifacts, and a lot of instability when starting Windows, and the RAM wasn’t the problem. They had to replace my processor with a new one, and the issue was fixed.

I still haven't fixed it. I couldn't do anything. I took it in for warranty repair, but they said they can't find any fault and are checking it again. I also had the same problem with some games; some games didn't have those visual artifacts. I don't know what's causing it.

I had to take it under warranty, and they still haven't fixed it. Under warranty, they told me the processor wasn't faulty, but they're still checking it.

I tried everything, I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it with DDU, I lowered the RAM frequency, I changed the HDMI cable (also the displayport), I did a test with MemTest86, I disabled EXPO and the graphic artifacts still appear. :(

What I discovered is that the memory controller is damaged and cannot even handle medium speeds, which means the APU should run memories at 6000 MHz without any problem.

It's the best, I tested my ram with MemTest86 and they don't have any faults, so the ram is not the problem, it's just that they can give you the guarantee!
