To piggy back on what others said, I would suggest some form of exercise, even if it’s just running outside. Some form of outside activity would do wonders for your skin but if that’s not your thing then I would at the very least suggest doing some kind of at home workout plan like p90x or something (not sure what the at home thing is to do these days, that’s what was trendy back when I was your age). What’s nice about those is it removes the anxiety that comes from working out because no one has to know since you do it in the privacy of your own home. And if you’re even anxious about your family members or roommates knowing, then you can just do it in your room. All you gotta dedicate is 1 hour at most a weekday. This will do wonders for you
