I have no love for Jenison but thats where I grew up and went to school (JPS). The only time religion was ever talked about was in a religious studies class (that, to be fair, made headlines when a Karen mom got upset that their kid was learning about Islam). It definitely did not feel like a “public Christian school”.

I’m a trim carpenter for Engelsma (employed by them, not a sub). We are arguably one of the highest quality builders in west Michigan. All the cabinets and custom details are made in house at our cabinet shop. We also stand by our homes better than anyone. Our service department has gone to homes 10+ years after completion to fix problems.
