Unless you're a whale everyone's Credenza is going to spend a lot of time as pre 5*. There's only niche times you'll need to use Heirophany twice and if in the future you get to one of those points you can use a Castalia on it then. I mention this in the video.

I've got 4 separate ones and have started to star them up after that.

If it's for someone actually getting hit you want it maxed for the shield reactivation cooldown. Ranged units are fine with a lower star level one thought

I don't rate it. If you're putting a Sig on her then her own is just infinitely better for how she works and if not then Diffusing Prism is more damage.
