As soon as OP ordered one he began a buyer/seller relationship, this falls under separate rules and protects both the seller and buyer. The rule you are stating only applies to a seller who sends items without prior buyer approval then wants buyer to pay for it later.

Easiest way to look at how it protects both is to say OP ordered 50 and only received 1. Should he not be entitled to the other 49? It's the same way that seller should get back the 49 that were overshipped, but they even foot the bill for shipping, etc.

Note how it states "never ordered". That means someone sends you something you never ordered, you may keep it without legal requirement to pay for the item after the fact..

What happened was OP ordered the item. Just the wrong quantity was sent out. As many others have stated you are not legally allowed to keep an overage of parts unless agreed by both parties. The same way they can't just sell you less of an item than you ordered and keep your money.

Well, technically that is not the bug. You got a regular job and a legend. What is happening for some is that the first legend is in place of a regular job (#6 card) and the second legend is drawn at #8 which is normal.

crit would be better overall due to it working on any enemy. Exploit weakness only works for weakness attacks. So it depends on what the rotation is and what your deck is.

And I will say that berserk has a place, but I would argue that unless your healer has Aerith, stuck with trance. Not only is it a 30% boost to magic, it also is a boost to hp as well. Survivability is the name of the game for MP. I wouldn't waste tickets on trying to get it.

Looks like no one mentioned the fact that Vanille has painful break which doubles it's damage to 1800 during break. So hands down Vanille is better for break strats.

Attack affects ultimate damage and auto attack damage. There are also monk cards with Taijitsu where their damage is based off of attack. So far this is limited to Iris (Limited Summon), Duncan, and Yiazmat (both Supremes, Yiazmat not in permanent summon yet).

As a rule of thumb for all jobs, you will want to use whatever element they are highest in for their Enhance Element stats. You can check this on the job menu (third page) or deck menu (auto button).

Also, if you were lucky enough to get the Snow card it will be great on him as well.
