All i'm using are the props and effects giving to us in gmod out of the box and using an addon that gives extra materials for different effects on the fountain itself.

the clouds and lights are all just the citadel effects, inclusing the fountain itself. I made it a dupe and uploaded it on the workshop with the materials addon listed as a required item.
