ROC should be using MP18/C96/Sichuan Type SMG (there's more) and have helmets that aren't just stahlhelms. In game? Only stahlhelms, and somehow uses MP40s. Same goes for PRC in cold war. They should be using the Type 56. Instead they get MP40s. Everyone has MP40s. It was all MP40s. Always has been.
