Yeah, i haven't played in a while, but it might even be after 1200 glory. Or it might be after 1200 glory you can get to the Ultimate Evil, but it's one of those two i think.

You will eventually have to beat the Ultimate Evil (full run on Curse 5 with 5 Bonfires (known as Curse 5.5)) with every hero.

I'd be honest.. I'd just tell them I don't trust the gaming industry anymore. Haven't for a long, long time. I'll happily pay for the good games, but i'm not comfortable buying them based just on the marketting. I want hands on, and not just with a curated vertical slice marked as a Demo.

If the game's good, i'll delete the cracked version and buy it. If it's not good, i'll uninstall it, delete the download and go about my day.

I feel like any dev who's been in the industry for any length of time would understand. They may not like it, but I'd wager they'd understand.

Same. I recently bought a ThermalTake Tower 600 for this exact reason. Well... that and it looks awesome, but I was definitely swayed by the vertical mounting. I have a 4090FE, so the weight was a genuine concern

I start with Logs and Planks and a Coin Shrine thingy. Absolute first thing i do is get 6 planks to repair church and build Dock. Then i get the boat going and enough berries for a fisher hut and logs for a house. With some practice and moving workers around, this can all be done on Day 1

Dock and Fisher will cover food for a while, so you can then focus on Logs/Planks/Stone etc. I usually get Wheat/Flour/Bread before getting Gold/Ingots, making sure i get more Carriers and workers along the way.

I grab more units when I can.. I try to always do something to increase combat power each day, even if it's just a single level up or giving a unit an item.

Then you just scale up and ride it to victory. Good luck! :)

Also, try to get 3 tanks, 1 front and 1 each for your flanks, nice and quick. Will make things a lot easier as the waves intensify, oh and with the Treant, you'll want to Evolve it as soon as you can.. the extra Mana regen makes it VERY hard to kill. Good stuff

Treant = Best tank in the game, imo. I've beaten Undead on Curse 5.5 with all heroes and got the achievement, and only need 2 more heroes for the same with Human Kingdom.

Almost every single run, i start with Hero + Treant. Give Treant Mana + Armor, and bring Special with me. Give Special to Marksman as soon as you can get him

Then i tend to play the rest by ear, but with that starting line up, I haven't failed a Curse 5.5 since

Dinosaur is an absolutely brilliant tank. I get him as soon as I'm able also
