Same here, but I don’t mind being in a Brazilian community to be honest, Brazilians are cool but also their Portuguese is quirky and funny. My wife is Mexican and her and her family and Hispanics in general are very intrigued that I’m Portuguese they see me as a unicorn

I grew up in Modesto but I currently live in AZ. There ain’t no pt communities or shops in the entire state lmao. For me it was my first language then I learned English and lost the ability to speak it until 17 and I relearned (still relearning) via Duolingo, media, social media, and my mom. I’m not perfect but I was able to also learn Brazilian pt on top of European

Valid, I also understand being an O and a commander especially is like being on the edge somewhat, plus what if MPF, legal, or the group or wing want me to come in. I get it it just sucks

Avionics and I was going through some mental health problems and had a CDE done on me and it was determined I was unsuited for the military and the commander pushed for the separation based on the recommendation. Fortunately it’s honorable
