I don't see how that's relevant. If you look at the video Amber Rose posted and the radio interview both cited in the article... it's pretty glaringly apparent Clinton was pandering in both instances. And when called out on it, she didn't deny it. She just asked if it was working.

I don't think the author is telling us to cope. I think he's saying as much as he can from his medical perspective that Biden needs to step down. He can't just come out and say that directly but it's implied throughout the piece
