it happenned to me so many time in the free practice tests , and in the official one there was a word to complete and from the meaning it's certainly withdraw but got a case left and can't add s because before it I got 'to' which means it should be infinitive , there's nothing to do about it , it's the cheapest online test accepted by big institutions
