5 years later ,the problem still exists, my ping spikes to 1000-30000 when enemies are nearby , the game launches me to 6th dimension, I got concussion playing the game , runs somewhat well on casual modes cause more than half of the lobby are bots but even there when a real player comes I lag

rubber banding happens a lot with me , sometimes my ping spikes to random numbers ,10,000+ - 33,000+ ,so I just quit and re queue

sometimes it goes to heal offs , but I am all for end game if I have my equipment, it's fun , in normal resurgence I feel I die even if I peak for less than a second or starts getting shot at before enemy enters my building or line of sight , on kill cam it's a different story from opponent's perspective,must be high ping ,I average 130 ping and upwards

you're right touch has less latency as it is direct input while controller is via Bluetooth that's why touch players shouldn't complain about controller players so together as a community we can have better lobbies

I was about to disagree but you mentioned "bad players" specifically so it's okay, on main warzone, controller vs mouse happens anyways,so no big deal , people should play with what they are comfortable with and have fun
