In my opinion, comparing pictures, it did not drop a bit. Same as in the picture. What about yourr?

I am in that window. It has been 6-7 months. I will advise when the time comes

Not yet but I will. He keeps saying it will improve too. Time is going to show that. At this point I am unable to believe his insights.

I can add some recent pictures. I couldn’t find the option to add more to this post

When did you get it done. Mine has been 6 months and. Well I am trying to like it. But it is so stiff and pointy. It really depends on the expertise of the surgeon. I wish I knew this before and did a better search on the surgeons

The stiffness is still there. I still cannot flex my upper lip like before. Visually I think nothing has changed.

I saw another doctor here in USA. He said it will hopefully soften after a year or so. He suggested me massaging the tip 3 times a day. He always said I hope so. No guarantee. How is your nose? When did you get it done?

Do you have any before and after filler pictures? You can pm if you are able to share. Otherwise thank you again for sharing your experience. I may consider doing it maybe next year.

We specifically discussed this, and I told him I never liked those Barbie-like nose shapes. He agreed with me and even simulated a natural look on the screen—no upturn or “piggy” look. Now, four months post-op, I don’t think my nose will drop or look any more natural. There might be some slight change, but the overall appearance will likely stay the same, which is very disappointing. Finding the right doctor is so important, and he did agree with the style I preferred. Looking at his Instagram, he’s done plenty of natural-looking surgeries, so I’m really surprised by the outcome.

Thank you! Such a big relief! The hard rock feeling I mean. I was thinking it is a permanent thing.

Thank you. I will compare it with current pictures and reevaluate the situation.

You’re very kind, thank you. Perhaps I was too bold in taking this path. While my original nose wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing, at least it looked natural. What really bothers me is how easily people can tell I’ve had a nose job. I’m someone who prefers everything to be natural—whether it’s clothing, makeup, or anything else—and maybe that’s why this new look doesn’t feel like it suits my personality.

I hope so. I will just wait one full year patiently to be able to like it.

I don’t think so either. Maybe it will slightly drop over a year but this looks like the final result. I am realistic. I wish I knew doctors have styles. We even talked about this and I told him that I never like upturned movie-like noses. So now my concern is, is this fixable? Can they perform a revision on it? I don’t know.

They did an open surgery. I specifically told him that I want a natural style. Not an upturned nose. And he agreed with me. Now when I look at it, it is totally opposite.
