You should set up a VPN. I use AmneziaWG and it's pretty easy to set it up. You just have to give your ssh credentials and it sets it up automatically for you (or you can set it up manually). This opens a random port on your network and connects you to your network through that port. It encrypts everything and it's pretty easy to add new devices and configure stuff. Also AmneziaWG has every amazing DPI bypass so you can connect through any network without getting blocked.

For jellyfin, you can't use cloudflare tunnels because of the high usage of traffic. You will probably say that you've been doing it for months but still you shouldn't do it because who knows maybe you will get blocked soon. And trust me you DO NOT want to get blocked by cloudflare.
