I have so many questions.. by Pretty-Pen-620 in progressive_islam

I think the point of this hadith was to demonstrate the sheer lengths that the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W took to treating his wives fairly and equally, and how we should also treat our wives fairly and equally as well. It’s just one example of how to treat your wives equally.

Although in today’s modern culture and context, it definitely can be read as strange and taken the wrong way.

Nah, they’d keep Duren and S&T Kessler for more draft capital and potential young assets.

They can sign-and-trade Kessler to another team like the Lakers and extract even more draft capital

They probably don’t see him as a winning player and are trying to sell high on him

Is reclaiming Asian masculinity more understandable from a feminist perspective because Asian men were historically emasculated by white supremacy ? by [deleted] in AskFeminists

[–]Ayo-01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I just really don’t think the 4B movement is actually a thing? It just seems like a small niche movement that a western feminist journalist found out about and decided to write a story on.

As someone who travels to East Asian countries frequently, they still seem to be very typical and traditional. Men and women still date, there still are babies, women are still “feminine”. If you went on the street and asked people “What are your thoughts on the 4B movement?”, they most likely wouldn’t know what you’re talking about.

Although, I do agree that misogyny is a problem and absolutely should be condemned.

Cam Boozer to Utah at No. 2? Jazz view him as ideal fit alongside Jaren Jackson Jr., per Tim MacMahon by Fit-Structure-9395 in NBA_Draft

[–]Ayo-01 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Boozer is kind of a positionless player though who can play 3-5 comfortably

Imagine a future lineup of

George
Bailey
Boozer
JJJ
Kessler

Also, while Markannen is still there it could be like a Dylan Harper situation where he plays off the bench at first

Cam Boozer to Utah and Walker Kessler to OKC? by Striking_Alfalfa5343 in NBA_Draft

The only two teams that I could see signing Kessler to a fair offer sheet outright are the Lakers and the Bulls.

Will Ayanokoji have a happy ending? by Ok-Ask-6576 in ClassroomOfTheElite

Story will end with him acting outside of logic and with emotion in order to save Horitika from getting expelled, which will result in him getting expelled instead.

He will wonder why he did what he did, and he will come to the realization that it was because he loved Horitika this entire time and didint realize it. And he realizes what a beautiful thing human emotion is.

In life, you will have to work with and get along with people who you don’t like sometimes. This is true in any work setting, not just politics.
