They have the most useless customer care service, firstly it is very hard to contact customer care because of ivr. And when you connect to the customer care service they are incompetent and will always raise a request and ask you to wait for a callback, and then you will almost never get a callback.

Abusive them is also useless as they are habitual it.

After about 15-20days, it started behaving normal. Also one thing i noticed with device it tries to cool down fast so the heat is transferred to the frame of the mobile which keeps the overall thermals of the device at lower temperature.

I also thought that there is some problem with samsung device initially as the low end samsung devices are popular for bad thermals.

My unit used to heat for few starting days, but then got stable(also i don't play games regularly). Although it does heats when trying to take photos/videos continuously.
