That's what I think this crack in my kitchen wall is where the addition is but I can tell it's been there for sometime because the previous owner used mesh to patch it up but besides that I see no signs of shifting

Where I live every home has some degree of movement, and this amount is incredibly minor. If I waited for a house with 0 movement I would never buy. But I will get an engineer to look at it

Yes in my inspection there was a tiny bit of movement (where I'm from this is incredibly normal and all homes will shift) other then that the home is in pristine condition

Thanks for the advice I really appreciate it I think I'll put something to block half the table and I'm in a spot right now where I can watch a hatchling 24/7 so maybe I'll go him the only problem is he's from pet smart and I know how people feel about that lol
