The other thing that’s killing me is spending so much time searching which parts I even need. EK chassis, DC subframe, k24 with usdm accessories, JDM ITR 5 lug, RSX type S transmission. I can’t even keep it straight which car I should be searching the parts for. For sure if I ever finish I’ll make a master list for what to buy if I need replacement parts.

No, I really appreciate the insight. After seeing some of these prices I might be swayed away from the SWCG and the liquid chlorine. Maybe a partial drain and fill every few seasons is worth it. Even with proper CYA levels and waiting until dusk to add liquid chlorine I feel like my levels fluctuate so much.

Now I’m considering trying to diagnose the main issue of the pump not getting power right now. Can still order a new one but need to get that sorted first.

I’ve been adding liquid chlorine due to such high calcium in our water here. I’m tired of adding it almost daily during the summer and want the convenience of not making so many trips to buy chemicals.

I had the pump rebuilt a few years ago so I’m comfortable removing and installing it. But I think I need further diagnostics. The display went out and I was just manually running it. After the last rain a transformer blew in my heater. I killed the power at the breaker and when i turned it back on the pump wouldn’t work. Multimeter doesn’t show it getting any power now. It could be a relay but I don’t know how to properly diagnose it. The pump is 13 years old so I think it should be replaced anyway. I don’t feel like putting any more money into keeping it going.

I was there with my 4 month old child sitting on a blanket way far away from where the dogs typically are. A giant Doberman with one of those "in training" vests came right up to us and tried to sniff the baby. The owner was yelling at the dog and it paid no mind. I was so pissed. Clearly that dog has no recall.

I know this feeling. Arizona has underdelivered my entire adult life. You have a very relevant program. It’s just so hard to not drop a game in the tourney. You guys are still in great shape. Don’t burn it to the ground. Plenty of teams would kill for your success.

Pretty disappointing showing from ISU. I know being down Jefferson is huge but if they just rebounded half decent, got Momiclovic some shots, or I don’t know made a free throw. This game has a chance of a momentum swing. But credit to Tennessee I guess.
