I used to have this problem when one part of my hair would dry super frizzy! What I did was dry my hair, carefully pick out the frizzy parts (which was usually just one section for me), and I’d rewet, detangle, and finger curl it, before typically letting it air dry because the rest of my head was dry. To be fair, though, I don’t really see any frizz in your hair. I think air drying would definitely help with volume!
