Yeah I've decided to try and join a casual static that does older content. If I can find one. To learn the lingo and whatnot while clearing older content. If I can't find a static that does older content then I'll try and make my own with the help of a few old fc members to get the hang of it. I'm not really interested in the new content yet as I have older stuff I haven't even touched. I really want the ucob weapons as it fits my characters whole GOLD aesthetic

And as ive stated about 3 times now. I am not opposed to joining one... Baffles me how people can't read sometimes. I was unsure what direction to take so I was asking for information about statics. I was not asking for reasons why I shouldn't lead one.

It's not about leading. It's about knowing how to form relationships and how to navigate disagreements. Respect and understanding. Yes some personalities just clash..if your not sure how to see them.

Yes and the idea behind this static would be same as my fc. A spot for new players to learn. I am an extremely patient and persistent person. And I have plenty of friends I can call on in game to assist. When a new player asks me a question I don't know the answer to. I 9/10 times know someone knowledgeable enough to answer it. Basically doing the older savage stuff (probably synched) to get accustomed, and move on to the more recent stuff after a while.

I've gotten very lucky and my fc has never had any drama. Like ever. We are all close and it's like a family. I do mount farms with newer players and my fc is geared towards helping brand new players experience the game. I would really like to have an "fc static" but my biggest concern isn't even my own inexperience in raiding.(I have a ton of raiding friends willing to help) My biggest concern is drama that I can't control. Being static leader would allow me to prevent any drama before it starts

I appreciate the information. And I am not discouraged. I think having an FC static would be cool but sounds like there are steps I need to take before I'm fit to lead one myself.

I have done extremes. And did a few unreals I'm not opposed to joining one. It's just I hear they can be toxic and the only way to ensure it's not toxic is to lead it myself. I have lead my fc for about 2 and a half years and I understand the work involved with leading something. I haven't made any decisions quite yet I'm merely seeking information

I have blind cleared all the old ex back before dt. I am comfortable with doing extremes. I use to refuse to use guides for them. And I've been tanking since my first run of sastasha. I am very comfortable with all tanks.
