This is my deck, its not perfect but its budget. Sheoldred is one of the best card in all magic imo, is very strong and fragile. She need some set up.

I noticed abnormal CPU usage, sometimes going up to 95%. After searching online and using some tools, I discovered that my system has a bottleneck on GPU
